Community Support Service

• Are currently on treatment

• Recently completed treatment or recovering from surgery

• Are in COVID19 high risk group

We are able to offer emotional, practical and social support to you and your family in the comfort of your own home.

All staff and volunteers will be following the COVID-19 Government of Jersey guidelines when providing this service.

The service is available Monday to Friday, 1pm and 4pm. Appointments outside of this time are available by arrangement.
